after Microsoft has released a KB Article about how to disable Wi-Fi Sense (you can find it here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3085719 ; thanks to https://twitter.com/HeikeRitter for the mention), I have added this setting to my script, which has now the Version 0.8. For a short explanation about the Script, see my older Blogpost:

The new parameter is used as the others:
.\Windows10_NoPhoneHome-V0.8.ps1 -DisableWifiSense $true -verbose
